Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any items purchased from RC Uniforms, please follow these guidelines in order to receive the full value from your return or exchange. We reserve the right to withhold a refund for returns that do not comply with our return policy.

All refunds are applied toward the original form of payment or a store credit.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for washed, worn, personalized or altered items.

Returns must be made within 90 days after purchase. After 90 days, only a store credit can be issued.

Original tags must be attached to the garment(s).

Original receipt must be presented at the time of return or exchange. If we are unable to located record of purchase, we cannot issue a return or exchange.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. At this time, online order returns must be processed in-store.

Gift cards and store credit gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged, redeemed for cash, or replaced if lost or stolen.

Final Sale Items: Discontinued plaids, old logos, retired styles, personalized items, and any items marked "Discontinued" are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returns and exchanges are subject to management approval.

Online Returns: local customers are welcome to return or exchange items purchased online to our store. If you do not live in the Northeast Florida area and would like to return by mail, please send us a message here. Please include your order number or full name. Please note that a return label fee will be deducted from your total refund. Before packing your return, please ensure that items are in compliance with our return policy as stated above. We reserve the right to withhold a refund for returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Online Exchanges: local customers are welcome to return or exchange items purchased online to our store. At this time, we do not offer exchanges by mail.
