COVID Updates for Back-to-School 2020

Due to an increased volume of orders, expect delays for online orders placed August 16-22. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Thank you for your understanding.  

Our store will become increasingly busy during July & August. If you plan to shop with us in-store, please visit us as soon as possible. Customers who wait to shop later in the summer may risk being turned away if our store is at capacity.

    EXTENDED STORE HOURS (now through August 29): Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm 

    If you plan to visit our store, please keep the following in mind:

    • Please wear a mask or face covering in the store
    • We are only allowing a limited number of guests in our store. Please limit your party to one adult per family. 
    • As of 8/7/20 we are no longer accepting appointments in-store. If our store reaches capacity, you may be asked to provide your phone number and we will text you when it is your turn to enter the store. 


    How will COVID impact my back-to-school shopping this year?

    We understand that shopping for back-to-school can be a challenge as the situation surrounding COVID-19 changes each day. If you are uncomfortable visiting us in-store, feel free to shop online. 

    Manufacturers and shippers have been affected by factory closures, socially distanced workspaces and limited access to necessary materials during this time. Orders for new products or out-of-stock items may be significantly delayed as a result, especially as demand increases through the summer. At this time, we are not able to provide specific dates for when products are expected to arrive, but please know that we are doing everything we can to make sure every student is prepared for the first day of school.

    Please shop as early as possible to allow time for order fulfillment. If you have already placed an order, we ask that you wait for us to contact you when your order is ready. Thank you for your patience.

    How can I know that it's safe to shop in-store?

    We have taken extra steps to keep our store clean, and sanitize high-traffic areas like fitting rooms and counters. We also provide hand sanitizers at all counters. All team members wear masks in the store, and are required to stay home and get tested if they experience any symptoms. 

    Please note that our store gets very busy during the summer. Please shop as early as possible in order to avoid the crowds. 

    What about clothing items that other people have tried on or returned?

    Items that have been tried on by other customers are placed in a special holding area at the end of each day and steamed before returning to stock. 

    Can I make a return/exchange during this time?

    We are accepting returns and exchanges on qualifying items as per usual. Please note that personalized/embroidered, washed & worn items, and items without tags are not eligible for returns. 

    What if the school year looks different in the fall?

    We still recommend purchasing uniforms as soon as possible, especially as order processing times are longer than usual. Our return policy has been extended to allow qualifying purchases to be returned/exchanged through October 31, 2020. 

     Can I pick up my order curbside?

    Curbside pickup is temporarily unavailable due to staffing limitations during our busy season.
